Metropolitan Riveters All-Star forward Rebecca Russo is the first National Women's Hockey League player to partner with MeiGray Group's Player Authentication Program. She signed a new contract with the defending Isobel Cup champions on July 24, 2018.
Rebecca Russo used this Bauer Supreme 1S stick in the Metropolitan Riveters' 4-2 victory over the Boston Pride at Warrior Ice Arena on December 16, 2017 in Boston, MA.
Russo earned her second assist of the season in the game on Jenny Ryan's power-play goal at 12:48 of the first period, which gave the Riveters a 2-0 lead. Russo also had two shots on goal in the game.
The stick is affixed with MeiGray hologram #MGA10641 below the label in the middle of the shaft.
This stick was dated by Russo and authenticated by MeiGray after the game.
