To celebrate the eight years of history created by the Premier Hockey Federation, its players, and its staff, and in advance of the inaugural season of the Professional Women's Hockey League, MeiGray is hosting its final PHF auction, aptly named the PHF Finale Game-Worn Jersey Auction. This auction is comprised of jerseys worn by the league's elite players in 2022-23, many of which were not previously released to the public, so take your final shot and bid now!

Packer was wearing this jersey when she scored her 60th goal in the PHF during a three-point game on January 22, 2023 against the Buffalo Beauts at Northtown Center in Amherst, NY. Her first point of the game came as an assist on a goal by Kelly Babstock at 18:35 of the second period that tied the score at 2-2. In the third, the Riveters turned on the heat, burning Buffalo for six unanswered goals. Packer scored her first goal of the game at 7:07 of the third, assisted by Amanda Pelkey and Kennedy Ganser. Her second goal of the game, and the 60th goal in the PHF, came less than a minute and a half later, assisted by Taylor Marchin and Pelkey. The Rivs won the game decisively, 8-2.
Packer led the Riveters with 11 goals and 10 assists in 24 games during the 2022-23 season, tying for sixth in the league in goals. She was selected for the 2023 All-Star Game and was made captain of Team USA when her teammates voted for her and Jillian Dempsey in equal numbers. Dempsey, having captained a team at the All-Star Game in 2022, deferred to Packer so that she could captain the team with her two children present.
One of only five players to compete in every NWHL/PHF season since the league's inaugural year, Packer finished the 2022-23 season second in all-time goals (65) and points (129), third in assists (64), and fourth in games played (131), and first for the Riveters in each category. Packer spent eight seasons with the Riveters, wearing an A for the team for three years and serving as captain for four. She played in a league-high six All-Star Games, making it in via the fan vote in the first two years and captaining teams at the Games twice. In 2019, she was voted the Fan's First Star of the Season. In 2022, she was the Riveter's winner for the Foundation Award for the player who shared the core values of hockey with her community to help grow and improve hockey culture. Packer won the Isobel Cup with the Riveters in 2018. She also became an NCAA champion with the University of Wisconsin in 2011.
The Metropolitan Riveters wore their red jerseys throughout the regular season from November 6, 2022 through February 26, 2023.
