Connor McDavid used this CCM Super Tacks stick while representing the Edmonton Oilers during the 2018 NHL All-Star Weekend on January 27 and 28, 2018 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, FL.
This game-used stick has been exclusively authorized for authentication and distribution by the Connor McDavid-Edmonton Oilers-MeiGray Group Game-Used Equipment Program, designed to protect the integrity of the NHL superstar's game-used items.
MeiGray took possession of this stick directly from the Oilers on March 19, 2018. Although the lack of clear photos prevented it from being photo-matched, it was delivered to MeiGray by the Oilers' equipment staff labeled "All-Star Game Fastest Skater." It has been registered with hologram number MGA006946. The hologram has been affixed near the top of the shaft.
McDavid won his second straight Art Ross Trophy in 2017-18, setting a new career high in goals (41) and adding 67 assists for a total of 108 points.
